Coach Darius – Private Acting Coaching & Workshops

1. General Information

Coach Darius provides private acting coaching, group classes, and specialized workshops both virtually and in-person. These Terms & Conditions govern all services, bookings, payments, cancellations, and student responsibilities. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• All private coaching sessions, group classes, and workshops must be booked in advance.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Payments are accepted via stripe and paypal.
• Packages and bulk session purchases must be used within [6] months from the date of purchase.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Private Coaching: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit for a future session.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
• Group Classes & Workshops: No refunds for missed classes. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you may receive a credit for a future class.

4. Late Arrivals

• Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for completed sessions, classes, or workshops.
• Refunds for pre-paid sessions or packages will only be issued in case of cancellation by Coach Darius or extenuating circumstances (determined on a case-by-case basis).

6. Conduct & Expectations

• Students must come prepared with any assigned material, scripts, or exercises.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
• Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a quiet space for best results.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any course materials, worksheets, or lesson plans provided by Coach Darius are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
• Recording sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.

8. Liability

• Coach Darius is not responsible for missed auditions, lost opportunities, or any professional outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.
• Students participate at their own risk, and Coach Darius is not liable for technical difficulties during virtual sessions.

9. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated as needed. Any changes will be communicated to active students.
